Jieda ultrasonic welder, real-time resonance frequency tracking type is suitable for welding small plastic components such as ziplock bag, plastic toys, wine caps, charger shells and more. This welding system is widely used in machinery, auto parts, fishing gear, packaging and other industries.

When the ultrasonic wave acts on the contact surface of thermoplastic plastic, it will produce high frequency vibration of tens of thousands times per second. Through the vibration and heat, two parts are bonded under pressure and the weld strength can be close to the strength of the raw material. Our ultrasonic welding machines are CE, FCC certificated.
