Description
The ultrasonic generator is integrated with an ultrasonic transducer and horn, which constitutes a whole ultrasonic system. This ultrasonic system is the most important part of ultrasonic welding machines or cutting machines.
The ultrasonic transducer will transfer high-frequency electrical energy produced by ultrasonic generator into high-frequency mechanical vibration, which will work on plastic products by Booster. Ten of thousand times friction each second between one plastic product and the other will be generated by high-frequency mechanical vibration. In this case, the contact area between plastic products will be fused promptly.
